1. Acceptance of Terms

By using nexgen-cargo services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nexgen Cargo & Shipping provides freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain services subject to availability and applicable regulations.

3. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Bookings are confirmed only upon written acceptance. Rates exclude duties, taxes, and destination charges unless explicitly included.

4. Liability

Our liability is governed by international conventions (Hague-Visby for sea, Warsaw/Montreal for air, CMR for road) and limited as per industry standards. Additional cargo insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Goods may be held against unpaid charges.

6. Cancellations

Booking cancellations may incur charges depending on the stage of the shipment. Please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, port congestion, regulatory actions, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Karachi.
