FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo occupies an entire 20ft or 40ft container exclusively. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share container space with other shippers — ideal for smaller shipments.

Typical transit times from Karachi: USA East Coast 25–30 days, Europe 18–22 days, Middle East 7–10 days, Far East 15–20 days. Actual times vary by carrier and route.

Yes — our licensed customs agents handle full clearance through Pakistan Customs (WeBOC system), including documentation, duty assessment, and release. We also assist with destination customs through our global partner network.

Standard documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Goods Declaration. Specific cargo may require additional certifications (fumigation, halal, PSI, etc.).

Basic carrier liability is included with every shipment. We strongly recommend additional cargo insurance which we can arrange — typically 0.1–0.5% of cargo value for comprehensive coverage.

Yes — registered customers can track shipments in real-time through their dashboard. We also provide proactive updates via email and WhatsApp at key milestones.

We accept bank transfers, letter of credit (L/C), and approved credit terms for established customers. All invoices are issued in PKR or USD as per agreement.
